Hands-On, Homemade Pasta—No Experience Needed

There is nothing more comforting, delicious as fresh pasta, and creating it by yourself from scratch!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients.

Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful Tagliatelle, Fettuccine or Pappardelle pasta.

Chef Huong will demo how to make two pasta sauces:

Pomodoro and Butternut squash with brown butter. We will then use the pasta hand crank machine to roll the dough out to make fresh pasta. All you have to do next is to boil the pasta , sit back, relax, and enjoy tasting your handmade creation!
