Slice, Roll, and Create— An Unforgettable Sushi Night

In this highly interactive and hands-on class, follow our Chef with easy step-by- step tips and tricks on how to make delicious sushi rolls, from preparing the perfect sushi rice, cutting the fresh ingredients properly, and the art of rolling. All participants will make three variations - Classic Tuna Maki, Gunkan, and California Roll. You are invited to let your creativity flow and try rolling with seaweed both inside and out and mix and match seasonal produce and ingredients to develop your own unique edition.
